This criminal was finished. He was paying for what he had done in his life and nothing else was left for him.
When it is done and over with, there is not more pretending or trying. It doesn’t matter anymore.
It was the case for the other criminal who was hung there with them. There was nothing left for this man, and he was hopeless.
But this one saw something beyound death in Jesus. He saw the life.
Jesus gave life to us.
