What God promised in the Bible is called the covenant.

Sometimes, we take it beyond what it meant.

Just because God provided protection to King David, it doesn’t mean God promised to protect me.

Just because God blessed King Solomon with splendor. It doesn’t mean he promised wealth to me.

A covenant that we can take it for ourselves directly is that we are saved through the blood of Jesus.

Unless you want to go live in Canaan, we need to have relationship with God to know what he has prepared for us.
