Have you ever been on a diet?

It takes discipline, right?

There are so many things that could lead your plan to fail such as a tiring work day, a birthday party, or an angry day for us to say, “Ah! I will get back on track tomorrow.”

One thing leads to another, you don’t think about dieting anymore.

It is the same with our faith.

It could be disappointments or hurts that could take us down. There are so many challenges.

It takes intentional efforts to keep ourselves strong in this world.

That is why we need God-given community to keep each other strong.

Let’s not miss any opportunity to love one another
