성경공부중 심각해 보이는 이바. 이해하는 것일까요?

Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”  He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.  He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
 
Mark 4:38‭-‬40

Disciples were afraid of drowning.

And Jesus rebuked them for not having faith.

If they had faith, would they have been able to stop the wind and the waves as Jesus?

That’s what I thought when I was young.

But it changed over time as I matured.

It was not having power like Jesus, but having faith in Jesus that he is in absolute control under any circumstances.

Have faith! Any scary storm or fire (incidents or disasters) in your life won’t be able to change God’s plan for you.
